Varied breakfasts plus extremely cheerful staff - absolutely outstanding stay. I enjoyed having good Internet and tea/coffee. It was good standard and the bathroom was luxury, great value for the money. Centrally located close to subway station. Simple check-in and outstanding customer service. Relaxing great cocktails and wines in the rooftop bar, free parking place.

Unbeatable location, best staff, reasonably large room and spotless hotel. Lots of supplies in the room: microwave, complementary tea and hairdryer. Breakfast was fine especially the butter, jam, tea, hot waffles and coffee. Loved New York City, the property was SUITABLE. The service here was attentive too.
